The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Pune offers you both undergraduate and postgraduate courses that are B. Tech and M. Tech in the two departments which are CSE and ECE. The admission of B. Tech courses will be based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) score and M. Tech courses will be based on the GATE score or written exam score. M. Tech. course duration in IIIT Pune is 2 years in which one year students study course related subjects that are theory and in 2nd-year students start working on projects or thesis. M. Tech. Admission

The admission in M. Tech. the course of IIIT Pune will be based on two different modes –

IIIT Pune New Campus

The new and a permanent campus of IIIT Pune is constructed in Chakan, Pune. The new campus will be constructed in the 100-acre area in Chakan, Pune. Till the new campus of IIIT Pune become self-sustained, the facilities which are important will be used from Siddhant College of Engineering.

The new campus was constructed with proper planning of infrastructure by architects. The total amount of Rs. 128 crores are invested in building up the new campus of IIIT Pune. Out of the total amount, 50% of investment was given by the Union government; 35% from state government and 15% from the industrial partnership. The new campus of IIIT Pune is well developed with all the facilities.
