Cologne Business School (CBS) is a private business school in Cologne, Germany established in 1993. It is a state recognized university of applied sciences characterized by a range of English-language study programs. It is known to be Germany’s top business school, being the first to offer internationally recognized bachelor’s degree. The university offers bachelor’s and master’s degree programs focussing on management in English and German language. Admission Procedure

The Cologne Business School has selective admission policy based on entrance exams for local students. International students can apply online. Study programmes for bachelor’s degree start in fall semester, and the number of seats per course are limited. CBS accepts applications throughout the year from foreign students to allow them time to apply for a visa and its related procedures. They accept documents only in German or English.

• Once the requirements listed by the university are fulfilled, a candidate must fill an online application form and submit the required documents. There is no application fee required.
• Prospective candidates also have to undergo a selection process, which takes place at their Assessment Days several times per month. A candidate might also be asked to do a telephone interview.
• After the successful completion of the Assessment Day and selection by the Admissions Office, a study contract is sent.
• A deposit is to be made after signing the study contract. After the transfer of deposits, a letter of acceptance is sent by CBS confirming the admission.
