What Is IESEG School of Management?
IESEG School of Management is a French business school founded in 1964 in Lille by economist Michel Falise. Its name stands for Institut d'Economie Scientifique et de Gestion. A member of the Universite Catholique de Lille, it teaches 8,864 students on two campuses in Lille and Paris-La Defense.
IESEG is a post-baccalaureate grande ecole, meaning students can join straight after school rather than through the traditional French preparatory-class route. Where Are the IESEG Campuses Located?
IESEG has two campuses in France. The original Lille campus at 3 rue de la Digue opened with the school in 1964, and the Paris campus opened in 2009 in the Grande Arche at La Defense, the capital's main business district. Both were expanded with new buildings in 2023.
Lille campus
The Lille campus sits in the Vauban district on the site of the Universite Catholique de Lille. Students use the IESEG campus library alongside the much larger Vauban university library, and in 2023 the school opened the Village IESEG, a modernised teaching and student-life complex.
Paris campus
