Exeter College, which is a short name for The Rector and Scholars of Exeter College in the University of Oxford, is a constituent college of the University of Oxford.and was established in 1341 by Bishop of Exeter, Walter de Stapledon , hence making it one of the Oxford’s oldest colleges.
