The Harvard Division of Continuing Education is led by the Dean of the Education and Extension branch which is appointed by the Faculty of Arts and Science Branch. There are different dean under the Division such as different dean for Extension School, different dean for Summer School, etc. who all then report to the Division of Continuing Education. Most of the deans and faculties of the division are Ph.D. graduates and have extensive knowledge and qualification in their respective fields.

The Division of Continuing Education got the Best Teaching Grades in the year 2015, the Division was awarded 5 grades of excellent teaching skills.15 students of the Extension School under Division of Continuing Education got awarded with scholarship programs for their excellent research work in the field of Art and Science in 2017. The Summer School program got the Best Program award as well as the Best Teaching award in the year 2015. This was a special award as the program was a 2 months program that had practical and theoretical knowledge both thus creating successful results in such a short period of time.
