Introduction

Physical education, or P.E. for short, deals with the study of how exercise affects the human body. It is an educational course which is usually initiated from primary or secondary classes. It aims to teach and encourage students about the importance of doing exercises and playing sports and how it helps in developing a healthy body.   1. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Physical Education

B.Ed. in Physical Education is a two-year graduate certificate course for physical education. It sets the foundation for lifelong fitness and high performance in daily life activities. By the end of the course, students are supposed to write a thesis on their topic. After successful completion of the course, students can either apply for specialization courses or pick up jobs like teacher, gym instructor, coaches etc.
