Refund Policy
Our Guarantee: No Admit = Full Refund
If AdmitKard is unable to secure even a single university admit for you, your full fees will be refunded — both the ₹5,000 Application Fee and ₹5,000 Visa Fee. You either get an admit and move forward, or get your money back.
1. Overview
At AdmitKard, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our services. We have designed our refund policy to be straightforward and student-friendly.
2. Fee Structure
Application Start Fee: ₹5,000
Paid at the beginning of your application journey to initiate profile assessment, university shortlisting, and application processing.
Visa Start Fee: ₹5,000
Paid after enrollment confirmation (CAS/I-20/eCoE) is received, to initiate visa documentation, interview preparation, and visa filing support.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
- No Admit Guarantee: If AdmitKard is unable to secure even a single university admission offer for you after processing your application, you are entitled to a full refund of both fees (₹10,000 total).
- 3-Day Cooling-Off Period: You may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of each payment, for any reason.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 3 days from payment date (unless under No Admit Guarantee)
- If you receive at least one admission offer but choose not to proceed
- If you provide false or misleading information in your application
- If you fail to respond to requests for documents or information within reasonable timeframes
- If visa is rejected due to reasons within your control (e.g., fraudulent documents, criminal record)
4. Refund Process
Submit Refund Request
Contact our support team via the dashboard or email with your refund request and reason.
Verification
Our team will verify your eligibility within 3-5 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. No Admit Guarantee - Conditions
The "No Admit = Full Refund" guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must have provided complete and accurate information in your profile
- You must have submitted all requested documents within the specified timelines
- You must have applied to at least 3 universities recommended by your counselor
- You must have met the minimum eligibility criteria for the programs applied to
- The guarantee applies only to the primary intake you applied for
6. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered at AdmitKard's discretion:
- If services were partially rendered before cancellation
- If there were extenuating circumstances beyond your control
- As a goodwill gesture in special cases
7. Top-Up Scholarship
The Top-Up Scholarship is separate from the refund policy. It is disbursed only after:
- You have successfully enrolled at a university abroad
- AdmitKard has received the commission from the university
- The scholarship amount depends on the commission received and is not fixed
