The degree course consists of an in-depth study of the topics including equity and diversity, performance management, workforce and succession planning and human resource development systems, and creation of sustainable and ethical organizations. The student learns to respond to new changes in workplace and techniques to maintain and create high-performing, efficient and ethical organizations. The students will learn about the aspects of day-to-day operations, strategic thinking and decision making. The course gives hands-on training about change management and sustainability techniques.
