Liberal Studies

About the Course :

Liberal Studies is that field of academics which focuses on learning diverse courses like visual
arts, humanities, social sciences and mathematics. It is both non-traditional as well as
multidisciplinary. It focuses on idea-driven knowledge gaining in subjects other than that offered
by traditional approaches. For a person pursuing his/her studies in dimensions like what is
offered in liberal studies, this is the best option. The course also helps the person gaining self-
awareness, better communication skills, knowing about current events happening around the
globe, and a generalist neutral view on all subjects. It helps in building the individual’s
personality. Studies in the Liberal Arts makes a person respect the cultural and societal
diversities both in the country he/she lives in or in and around the world.
