Welcome to AdmitKard. These Terms of Use govern your use of our platform and services, operated by Pineyards Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Overview
AdmitKard provides global university application and visa support services. Our services include:
- University shortlisting and application processing
- Document review and preparation assistance
- Visa application support
- Top-Up Scholarship program (subject to terms)
3. No Guarantees
Important: We do not guarantee:
- Admission to any university
- Visa approval from any country
- Any specific Top-Up Scholarship amount
- Processing timelines by universities or embassies
Admission and visa decisions are made solely by universities and immigration authorities respectively.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Service Fees
- Application Start Fee: ₹5,000
- Visa Start Fee: ₹5,000 (payable after enrollment confirmation)
4.2 Top-Up Scholarship
The Top-Up Scholarship is calculated from university commissions received by AdmitKard. AdmitKard retains ₹1,00,000 from the commission, and the remaining amount is passed to the student. The exact amount varies by university and program and is not guaranteed.
5. Refund Policy
Strict 3-Day Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available only within 3 calendar days from the payment date
- After 3 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances
- This applies to both Application Start Fee and Visa Start Fee
- By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Respond promptly to requests for documents and information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and university requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineyards Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
