Canterbury Church Christ University is an esteemed public university located in Canterbury, England. The University was inaugurated with the prime motive of becoming a teacher training college to meet the shortage of school teachers in England. The college had just 75 students and nine teachers, and the principal was Dr. Frederic Mason. The college was granted University status in 2005.
