This university was formerly known as King's University, Columbia University was established in 1754. It is New York’s oldest research university that provides its students with a unique learning environment. Over 25,000 students are a part of the institution. In 2015 it was ranked 1st in the state by average professor salaries. In 1983, Columbia men’s soccer scored 18 – 0 and was ranked first in the nation. Columbia crew won the famed Henley Royal Regatta, which was a big victory.

How to apply to Columbia University?

The necessary procedures for all the courses are the same with slight differences for each course

  • Columbia accepts Coalition application or common application, which must include autobiographical content, a list of student achievements, SOP.
  • Secondly, the student needs to submit official transcripts of secondary school/ high school records.
  • Some of the courses require SAT/ACT scores; the proofs of these scores are required henceforth.
