About Murdoch University

Murdoch University was founded in 1973. It is a well known higher education institution for public research-intensive institutions located in Perth. It first opened its doors for the students to pursue undergraduate courses in various fields in 1975; as many as 510 students were enrolled in the same year. Sir Walter Murdoch was the Founding Professor of English and the former Chancellor of the University of Western Australia; it was after his name that the University's name was inspired from. Murdoch University is a thriving institution and a member of the Innovative Research Universities.

Murdoch University Campus

Murdoch University has its primary campus in Perth, but it also has satellite campuses in Dubai and Singapore. There are three campuses of the University in Australia, namely: the Peel Campus, the South Street Campus, and the Rockingham Campus.

 The South Street Campus is located in a suburb. Everything from academic buildings to Bush Court, or the Chancellery Building, is located on this 560-acre site. In the year 1991, the Asia Research Centre was founded, and since then, it has been quite popular for conducting cutting-edge research in politics, governance, political economics, social transformation, and policy formulation. How to Apply to Murdoch University?

Murdoch University offers a variety of undergraduate course choices for overseas students.
