About Oxford Brookes University
In 1865, Oxford Brookes University was founded but it was called the Oxford School of Art. In 1870, the Oxford School of Science was created. A few years later, it was renamed the Oxford City Technical School. Then, John Henry Brookes, who is widely known for his contribution to developing the university, joined the school as Vice President. Soon, the Oxford Technical School was renamed Oxford Brookes University, and today it is a flourishing university that adds great value to the lives of its students.

Oxford Brookes University has four campuses. These fours campuses are the Harcourt Hill campus, the Headington campus, the Wheatley campus, and the Swindon campus.
