Royal Roads University (RRU) is a public institution in Colwood, British Columbia. It can be found in Vancouver in the Hatley Park Nat. Historic Site. Following the deactivation of R.R. Military College in 1995, the British Columbia government established Royal Roads University as a public institution specializing in applied & professional degree programs.
