ABOUT UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON

University College London is a public university established in 1826. It's the 3rd university to be founded in England, after the Universities of Oxford & Cambridge. UCL is headquartered in downtown London, although it also has branches in Qatar & Australia.

University College London is divided into eleven constituent faculties, each with more than 100 institutes, departments, & research centers. The ISH offers to house, and the IOE pays tuition. Please remember that this scholarship doesn't cover living costs in London, transportation, and other fees. This scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years if adequate progress is made.
  • Denny Holland Scholarship – This Scholarship assists undergrads who, without assistance, cannot gain the necessary finance to attend the UCL. For 2021-22, there's just 1 award. This scholarship is worth £9,000 in total (each year for 3 years).

HOW TO APPLY TO THE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON?

University College London operates on a semester system. Foreign students can apply in any of the 2 intakes: fall or spring. All potential students can apply in person for a physical application or online through the UCAS application system. Overseas students should refer to the UCAS websites & online application methods provided below. The institution delivers email alerts to selected candidates & posts the results online on their Applicants portal. The eligibility requirements for University College London are different for international students and students from the UK. However, qualifying conditions vary depending on the type of course & subject of study.

Eligibility for UG

University College London has 400+ UG courses to choose from. LLB, BA, BSc, BFA, BASc, and etc. The fundamental criteria for all degrees are nearly identical. But, other criteria are distinct from the course.

  • Grade 12th CISCE or CBSE marks of 85,85, 90, 85, & 85 in 5 main subjects.
  • Bachelor's degree 1st-year document with an average score comparable to UK's Upper 2nd Class (from UCL recognized Indian University).
  • IELTS: Standard-6.5; Good-7.0; Advanced-7.5
  • TOEFL: Standard-92; Good-100; Advanced-109
  • PTE: Standard-62; Good-69; Advanced-75
  • The GRE is not needed at the undergrad level.

Eligibility for PG

University College London has 532 PG courses to choose from. MSc, MA, March, MBA, and etc. The fundamental criteria for all degrees are nearly identical. But, other criteria are distinct from the course.

  • Finish a 3 to 5-year Bachelor's degree & earn 1st Class degree.
  • The degree must be conferred by a government-recognized institution & must be completed with the requisite grades. The minimum score required ranges from 6.75 to 9.0/10 or 55 % to 70%, depending on the program title, grading scheme, & previous institution of study.
  • MS: GRE is needed for some programs.
  • MBA: A minimal GMAT score of 600 is required.
  • IELTS: Standard-6.5; Good-7.0; Advanced-7.5
  • TOEFL: Standard-92; Good-100; Advanced-109
