Vancouver Island University was previously known as Malaspina University-College. It is a Canadian Public University located in the coastal British Columbia. Malaspina College started in 1969. Since then, it grew to university and played a significant role in the economic, social, cultural, and educational domains of the state and region.

The university’s postgraduate programs include Masters in Business Administration, Masters of Science in International Management, Masters of Community Planning, Masters of Arts in Sustainable Leisure Management. All the courses have a requirement of IELTS or TOEFL scores of 6.5 and 88, respectively.
Vancouver Island University provides options in Bachelor's, which includes a Diploma in Computing Science, Diploma in Dental Hygiene, has options in Bachelor's like the Bachelor in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, etc. The first-year tuition fees are INR 36.1 lakh, and it accepts both IELTS and TOEFL scores.
