Simon Fraser University, also known as SFU, is a Public Research University settled in Canada. The University is breathing its motto ‘We are ready’ in its three campuses in Burnaby, Surrey, and Vancouver. Simon Fraser University was established in 1965 and had been imparting wisdom and knowledge to approximately 30,000 students every year. The Canadian Student Visa allows international students to work part–time to make some extra money and gain experience. According to the rule, the students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours/ week and have to be paid on an hourly basis. The minimum wage to be paid to students is 10$/ hour and requires permission from the local authority after completing six months of study in the foreign land. However, at Simon Fraser University, students are given an opportunity to assist scholars and researchers without a work permit. Though the students will be paid less, but this opportunity involves more exposure than any other part-time employment.
