Durham College has excellent on-campus housing facilities for students. This gives an excellent opportunity to connect with each other while creating a wonderful environment to study.
The residencies are equipped with all facilities required for comfortable living conditions. They provide security, furnishing, private bathrooms, television and everything else.
- First-year students can guarantee a spot if they meet the deadlines.
- The two on-campus residencies are Simcoe Village and South Village.
- Senior students can also get on-campus apartments.
- The South and Central Hall of Simcoe Village have a double bed parted by a partial wall, a kitchenette, 3 piece bathroom, and a workspace.
- The North Hall of Simcoe Village has fully furnished suites with 2 private bedrooms and rest being mostly the same.
- The South Village also provides two privates bedrooms and seating areas in addition to the rest. A meal plan is mandatory for students residing in South Village.
