Dresden University of Technology (TUD)

The technical university of Dresden is a public university of higher education in the city of Dresden, Germany.

The university can be traced far back from 1828. It is the oldest college of technology in Germany. The university is counted among the most excellent university and has a strong influence in Saxonia. The building of the university is in the south of Dresden’s city.

In today’s time, TUD is a modern multidisciplinary university, with all the modern technology and study method.

According to the QS engineering and technology Ranking, the university ranked 113th worldwide and 5th in Germany and has an overall score of 4.3 stars, according to student review portals with all medical and other emergencies, the on-campus hospital is available.

With 124 courses and 14 faculties, the TU Dresden offers a full range of studies, as a basis for interdisciplinary learning and research focus of biomedical, bioengineering, material science, information technology, microelectronics, energy, and the environment. It is especially reputed in civil engineering. In addition to a first university degree, you can apply for doctoral studies at TUD.

APPLICATION PROCESS :

Admission in TU Dresden can be made through two bases:

  1. Application procedure through UNI-ASSIST :
    • Applicants should have a graduation certificate with foreign secondary school.
    • Or, applicants should have a foreign university degree.
  2. Applicant procedure NOT through UNI-ASSIST.
    • The candidate has to apply directly at the TU Dresden online portal.
