The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the result 2019-20 on the 2nd of May for 12th Class. The board will be following the usual method of releasing the results online. This year, compared to previous years, the results were out early, which includes compartment as well as revaluation results.

Students have been desperately waiting for the results. It is the result of this exam that decides their academic future, and therefore, it is extremely crucial for them. 

CBSE Class 12^th Results

Students can check their results online on the official websites cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.nic.in, results.gov.in. In this students need to put their roll number in the box to check their results. The online result can be accessed henceforth. 

• The official record of the class 12^th scorecard is with your school.
• If students want to opt for a re-evaluation of the board exam paper, they can apply for the same after the results are out.
• The printouts of online results are not considered in colleges or universities hence the mark sheet is an important document.
• After the announcement of results, the board announces compartmental exams for those who have failed in a few subjects.
• The results can be saved in a PDF format.

CBSE Class 12^t Result Date

The tentative dates for the following year are February 20^th, 2020 to the first week of March 2020. The practical exams will be held in the month of February and January. It is decided according to the schools and junior colleges.

How to check CBSE class 12 result?

Since lakhs of students will be accessing the official website all at the same time, there are high chances of the website to crash or for some technical glitch to take place.

There are 3 to 4 ways in which students can check their results. Here we are listing a few steps to find access to the results without any hassle of any kind :

• 1st step: Enter the official website mentioned above. You will see a window appear for login.
• 2nd step: Enter the link, and you will come across a new page to input your information.
• 3rdstep: Enter your roll number, center number and school number as given on the admit card.
• 4th step: Once you have finished entering your details, enter ‘submit.’ Your Result will appear on the screen.
• 5th step: Take a careful look at your results and print a few copies.

• Keep a downloaded copy of your 12thresult on your phone and the computer. You can check your result via SMS as well.
• You must type “CBSE” space “10-digit roll number” from the mobile number that you have registered.
• Following that, you can send it to the following number depending on which network retailer you use :

You will be charged 50 paise per roll number.

• Another way to download your results through SMS is to enter your <10-digit roll number><school number><center number>. You can after that sends these details to 7738299899 from any network connection.
• The full form of IVRS is Interactive Voice Responsive System. It is an online method to check your results. For this, you need to dial the following number:

1. 011 – 24300699 (NIC) – for subscribers in Delhi
2. 011 – 28127030 (MTNL) – for local subscribers

CBSE Class 12 Result Re-evaluation

Students, who can be unsatisfied with their CBSE 12th Results 2019, can opt for rechecking a re-evaluation. CBSE will be announced for the same when the results will be declared.

The student’s marks are first sent for re-tallying and rechecking to ensure that there has been no mistake in the calculation of the marks. 

1. As soon as the results are declared, a window for a re-evaluation of marks opens for the students.
2. They check whether the answer is evaluated properly or not.
3. In case of further re-evaluation, the examiner checks for the mistakes and give fresh marks
4. It is done only for 10 questions
5. The fee for re-evaluation is Rs. 100 per subject.
6. Visit the official website for re-evaluation
7. Click on the appropriate re-evaluation/verification link for class 12th
8. After filling the details, upload the necessary documents as mentioned in the application form.
9. Make the payment for the re-evaluation for the number of subject papers you wish to re-evaluate with credit/debit card payment or e-challan.
10. Now click the submit button and take a printout of the form.

CBSE Class 12 Result Verification

Verification of answer sheet includes obtaining of answer sheet after payment of a certain amount. Students who wish to check their answer sheets can apply for this facility. The process to obtain the answer sheet is:

• The verification cost per subject is Rs. 500 per subject.
• The result of verification of marks is uploaded in the candidate’s login account
• In case there is a change in marks, a letter is sent to the applicant by speed post from the regional office of CBSE
• In case there are no changes, no letter is sent.
• Students visit  http://cbse.nic.in/newsite/rchk2019 to apply for verification of marks
• Those who apply for verification can get a photocopy of their answer sheet.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected by the CBSE portal
• Request for verification is a onetime process. You cannot apply twice.
• Make the payment for the re-evaluation for the number of subject papers you wish to re-evaluate with credit/debit card payment or e-challan.
• Students can take a printout of the form.

CBSE Class 12th Result 2017

The CBSE Class 12th results 2017 were announced on 28^th May 2017. The eighth-month long wait for the students was finally over. CBSE locked results for over 11 lakh students. The top 10 results are:

1. The overall pass percentage increased marginally to 83.4%.

CBSE Class 12 Result 2017 Date

CBSE board conducted the senior secondary examination from 15^th February to April 4^th. Around 11 lakh to 13 lakh students appeared for the exam. After a lot of speculations, the final date of the CBSE 12th result 2017 was decided as 28^th May.

CBSE Class 12 Result 2018

The secretary at HRD Ministry Anil Swaroop made the official announcement from his official twitter handle about the announcement of the results. The results went online on May 26^th, 2018.

This year around 11 lakh students registered for the examination. The top 10 results are:

CBSE Class 12 Result 2018 Date

The examination was scheduled to end on April 13.

Due to a paper leak of subjects like economics and mathematics, students gave the exam again. Hence the exams ended by the end of April month.

CBSE Class 12^th Result 2019

Class 12^th got their results earlier this year. It was released around the first week of May 2019. The result date was officially announced before releasing it online. The top 10 results are:

CBSE Class 12 Result 2019 Date

The result of class 12^th examination was declared on May 2, 2019. The results were declared early than previous years.

CBSE Class 12^th Passing Certificate Online

Following the announcement of class 12 results, arrangements will be made by CBSE for the distribution of mark sheets. Students can collect their reports from their respective schools once the mark sheets are sent to the school officials. The results that are downloaded online or printed are only for information sakes. 

• Students must make sure they collect their mark sheets as the original copy is the only document that validates their marks.

CBSE Class 12^th Physics

Physics is one of the major subjects for science students. It holds 70% of marks in the marking system of physics as a subject. The practice of this subject is held before the written examination.

• Section A consists of 20 questions, each is a 1 mark question.
• Section B consists of 7 questions, each is a 2 mark question.
• Section C consists of 7 questions, each is a 3 mark question.
• Section D consists of 3 questions; each is a 5 mark question.
• The total marks come down to 70.

How to crack physics

• Students who are weak in maths and have not taken maths as their optional subject must start studying from the simplest topic of physics – semiconductors. It has a good weight in the paper and scoring.
• The next set of chapters you must go through is the Dual Nature of Radiation and Communication System which are easy to learn chapters with little weight age in the final paper.
• Take up the other important and difficult topics hereafter.
• Try to solve as many objective questions as possible to gain full marks in 1 mark questions.
