What Documents Are Required for Passport Renewal?
Every passport is issued for a specific period, after which renewal is required. What Documents Are Required for Passport Application?
Apart from Proof of Address and Date of Birth, Indian passport applicants must submit a completed application form, recent photographs meeting the specified format, and payment confirmation for the applicable fee. Applicants must collect all documents before visiting the Passport Seva Kendra. Duplicate copies of all documents should be carried. The appointment confirmation letter or SMS must be shown at.

A Tatkal passport is a priority scheme enabling faster passport issuance, typically within one to three working days.
