How to Convert SGPA into Percentage?

There is a simple procedure to convert SGPA into Percentage, and the procedure is as follows:

  • First, calculate the SGPA of all the semesters.
  • Once you get the SGPA of all the semesters, add them.
  • Divide the summation of the SGPAs by the number of semesters you have given.
  • Multiply your SGPA with 10 and then subtract 7.5 from the total [(SGPA * 10) – 7.5 = Percentage].
  • Your answer will be in front of you.
  • For example, SGPA of a student for four semesters, I – 7.0, II – 7.2, III – 6.8, IV – 7.8
  • 7.0+7.2+6.8+7.8 = 28.8
  • 28.8/4 = 7.2
  • (7.2 *10) – 7.5= 64.5%

Because of this reason, we have presented the way of converting your CGPA to the percentage:

  1. First, you need to find the SGPA of all the semesters.
  2. Once you get SGPA of all the semesters, add them.
  3. Divide the summation of the SGPAs by the number of semesters you have given.
  4. The number you see will be your CGPA.
  5. For example, SGPA of a student for four semesters, I – 7.0, II – 7.2, III – 6.8, IV – 7.8
