Roehampton University was founded in 1975 and is a highly rated public and research-focused higher education institution in London, United Kingdom. And, The Roehampton Institute of Higher Education was formed by the amalgamation of four teacher training colleges created in the nineteenth century. The current name was granted to it in 2011. However, the legal name is Roehampton University, which was awarded to it in 2004. The Universities of the UK and the European University Association are both affiliated with Roehampton University.
