  • Nanyang Technological University (NTU) – Second oldest university in Singapore. There are around 50000 fulltime students. NTU has two campuses and is home to 5000 professors and research staff. 
  • Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) – SIM is the private university that was founded in 1964 and provided professional training and courses to the students. Around 20000 students are studying in SIM. 
  • Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) – SIT is one of the autonomous public universities in Singapore. SIT was established in 2009 and was the first university to provide courses in applied arts. Around 6000, students are studying in SIT. 
  • Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)– SUTD is also one of the autonomous public universities in Singapore. SUTD is famous for its designing courses. Established in 2009 is the only university in east Singapore. SUTD provides several scholarships. 
  • Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)– Singapore University of Social Sciences is the sixth public autonomous university in Singapore and is established in 2017. SUSS focuses on Social Science prograMS. Though established a few years back, SUSS still has 15000 students and administrative staff of 280 professors. 
  • Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) – MDIS was founded in 1956 and is a not for profit educational institute. MDIS provides training in industrial relations and management. 
  • Singapore Management University (SMU)– SMU is a public university that was established in 1997. SMU has around 10000 students and an academic staff of 350 professors. SMU provides specialized courses in the field of business. 
  • TUM Asia – Technische Universität München Asia is a german university that has its campus in Singapore and was started in 2002 in Singapore. TUM offers 5 MS programs in the field of Science. TUM has partnerships with NTU and NUS.

MS In Singapore Eligibility 

The basic eligibility for the master’s course is having a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Apart from these good 10th and 12th scores are also required. Candidates also need IELTS/TOEFL scores for public universities. Also, some MS courses and institutes require other entrance exaMS like GMAT, GRE, etc.

How To Do MS In Singapore

Students will need to apply after completion or during their bachelor’s. Some universities require entrance exam scores. Good marks in previous years is a plus point. Some courses might also require the working experience of a minimum of 2 years. Also to be noted that meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission, various other factors are to consider.

If selected in university students need to pay the fee and apply for a Singapore student visa.
