NCVT (The National Council for Vocational Training) is an advisory body that is set up by the Government of India back in 1956. NCVT MIS Trainee Verification

There is a user manual for the process of NCVT trainee verification. One can find it on the official website and can also download the free pdf file. Below is the stepwise details of how you can do the Trainee Verification:

1. Open the official site by clicking here www.ncvtmis.gov.in.
2. Then go to the trainee verification page under the verification menu.
3. Then enter the trainee details to authenticate the trainee: registration number, father/guardian name, date of birth, enter the image text.
4. Then click on the submit button.
5. Check the following trainee details: trainee name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name.
6. Then enter the valid mobile number and the email ID of the trainee
7. Verify your email ID and mobile number before submission
8. Click the Formal Declaration checkbox
9. Then click the submit button.
10. Enter the OTP received on the mobile number that you had entered
11. Click the submit button.
12. Click on the submit button. Record Saved Successfully, will get populated.

In case you haven’t received the OTP within 2-3 minutes, then click on the resend OTP option.

NCVT Admit Card
