The University of California, Santa Barbara is a public land-grant research university located in the Santa Barbara-Isla Vista area of California. The University of California system has ten campuses, including UC Santa Barbara. It is one of the world's most prestigious and well-known public universities. The university campus is separated into four campuses on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
