University of Southern California Campus

University of Southern California is divided into two main campuses, both of which are located in the heart of Los Angeles. The massive USC Village, a big residential and retail center adjacent to USC's University Park campus, provides on-campus housing. The ground floor of USC Village contains a large retail space, with student apartments on the four floors above. Estimated yearly living expenses (for suite and residence hall double room types) vary from $14,559 to $16,609 for freshmen and $12,335 to $14,835 for upperclassmen, including two semesters of rent, default mandatory full meal plans, and optional parking.
