The RRB exam – NTPC

2. The exam will be a Computer Based Exam (CBT), which may be conducted in either a single-stage mode or multi-stage mode. Candidates who qualify for CBT will have to undergo PET (Physical Efficiency Test) with document and medical verification as the final stage of selection in this RRB exam.

RRB Exam Ministerial and Isolated Categories

1. The eligibility criteria for this RRB exam varies depending on the post. Certain posts just need the candidate to class 12 pass while some posts required graduation and/or master’s degrees and/or degrees in education.
2. The name of the posts vacant and offered under this category of RRB exam are Junior Stenographer, Junior Translator, PGT Teacher, Head Cook, etc. 
3. The selection stages in the RRB Ministerial and Isolated category exam are single Stage CBT followed by Stenography Skill Test, Performance Test/Teaching Skill Test, Translation Test (if required). Document Verification and Medical Examination is done at the end.
