BA LLB is a 5-year integrated course that includes Bachelors of Arts and Bachelors of Legislative Law. The course consists of 10 semesters in the tenure of 5 years. The candidate who scored minimum 50% marks in the 12th standard, is eligible for applying for this course. BA LLB Full Form

The full form of BA LLB is Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law. This is the law degree program that a student can pursue right after completing class 12th. The total course duration is five years. This is the dual degree program.

  2. Banking and Insurance Law: Banking and Insurance Law deals with the different laws and regulations under which the banking system is working. This subject gives you the broader aspects of the legal formalities which are related to banking.

  4. Drafting and Pleading: Drafting means writing of legal documents such as an affidavit, a written statement, a petition or a plaint. Pleading means the legal document which is to be filed in the lawsuit. 
  5. Economics: Economics is that branch which deals with the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services. This is generally based on the individual demand, wants and needs.
  6. Forensic Sciences: It is a multidisciplinary subject. It deals with scientific knowledge and criminal investigation methodology. 
  7. Indirect Taxes: An indirect tax is a tax which does not fall under the same entity. This tax is collected by one entity in the supply chain and paid to the government, but this passes to the consumer as the price of purchase goods.
  8. Jurisprudence: This is the theoretical study of law. It is the study of the fundamental structure of a particular legal system.
  9. Law and Technology: The Law and Technology deal with the impact of technologies on law and legal regulations of technology.
  10. Political Sciences: This is the branch of social science which deals with systems of government and the scientific analysis of political behaviour.
